We ship to the US and Canada only at this time.

Import taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is through UPS SurePost. Allow 5-8 business days.

Express shipments:

3-Day Express: Three days means three business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS. I believe the Obol will be your favorite bowl in your home. But if you are not satisfied for any reason, I will do what ever I can to make it right. I stand behind the quality of the Obol and we hand inspect each one before it is packaged. If you need to exchange or would like a refund, follow these simple instructions to make it easy.

Return Policy

Returns are made to the customer of record billing information only.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Returning a product without a RMA number risks forfeiture of product.
You may return your order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund less original shipping costs. Product must be returned in it's original package. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account. Under the "My Account" tab, view your order using the "Completed Orders" link and click the "Return Item(s)" button. Once approved, you will receive an RMA # by email. Write this number on your package so we can identify your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you have any questions, use the "Contact Us" form on our website.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Remember, this may mean allowing two billing cycles to show on your statement.

Note: You are responsible for shipping your return order back to our warehouse. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return as Obol will not be liable for any package lost in transit.
